# Tax in draft order

In Quote detail, you can add tax to your quote and send to your customers price breakdown.&#x20;

But this tax will not show up in draft order created from quote.&#x20;

This tax is automatically made by Shopify based on your business and your location. Estimated tax is only authorized by the payment method, but it is not charged to the customer.
