Few steps to get started with us!

1. Hide Price

• Go to Collect Quote -> Hide Price

Quote help: If the quote button and hiding price don't work on your storefront as you wish, please contact our CS team through live chat or email: [email protected]

2. Activate RFQ Button

• Go to Collect Quote -> Turn on Request Button for products (all products or any) -> Save

• Go to your store to check if your button works well on the front end. You can customize your design here and hide price of products.

3. Activate Request Form

• Go to Collect Quote -> Quote Form to turn on and edit your form

4. Create a Test Request

You can go to your storefront and submit a request (as a real customer).

Or you can go to our admin -> Quote list -> Create a Quote -> Choose the product you want to request -> Edit quantity and preferred price -> Save

5. Export a Quotation PDF

Go to your Quote list and select your test Quote. Then you export the PDF in step 4 of Quote lifecycle progress. You can also edit your PDF Template.

6. Send a Proposal Email.

In your test Quote, you can send a proposal email, which is your offer price to customer in step 5 of Quote lifecycle progress. You can also edit your Proposal email.
