# Export quote

The **Export Quotation PDF** feature allows you to generate a PDF version of a quote, customized with your preferred language and details.

### **Steps to Export a Quotation PDF**

1. &#x20;**Access the Quote Details Page**

* Navigate to the quote detail.
* Click the **More Actions** dropdown.
* Select **Export Quote**.

2. **Popup Options**

* A popup window will appear with the PDF export options.

**Language Selection**

* **Choose a Language:**
  * Select a language from the available options.
* **Auto-Detect Language:**
  * If no language is selected, the system will automatically use the customer's country to determine the language.
* The text will follow the translations you’ve preconfigured in the **Translate PDF** settings.

**Export the PDF**

* Click **Export** to generate the PDF.
* The system will redirect you to a new page where the PDF file is displayed for download or printing.

This feature simplifies sharing professional, well-formatted quotes in your customer's preferred language.
