The Export Quotation PDF feature allows you to generate a PDF version of a quote, customized with your preferred language and details.
Access the Quote Details Page
Navigate to the quote detail.
Click the More Actions dropdown.
Select Export Quote.
Popup Options
A popup window will appear with the PDF export options.
Language Selection
Choose a Language:
Select a language from the available options.
Auto-Detect Language:
If no language is selected, the system will automatically use the customer's country to determine the language.
The text will follow the translations you’ve preconfigured in the Translate PDF settings.
Export the PDF
Click Export to generate the PDF.
The system will redirect you to a new page where the PDF file is displayed for download or printing.
This feature simplifies sharing professional, well-formatted quotes in your customer's preferred language.
