The Hide Price feature allows store owners to control product price visibility under specific conditions. You can configure this feature under: Navigation: Quote Settings -> Hide Price

These settings are designed for two store types:

  • Default Store: For Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) stores.

  • B2B Store: For Business-to-Business (B2B) stores.

1. Hide Price Options

Define how the product price is hidden.

Options (Radio Buttons):

  1. No, do not hide price: Prices remain visible.

  2. Hide price only: Prices are hidden without any replacement text.

  3. Hide price and show text: Prices are hidden, and a custom text is displayed instead (e.g., "Contact us for pricing").

  4. Hide price and require login to see: Prices are hidden unless the customer logs in. Guest users must log in to view prices.

  5. Hide price and require password to see: Prices are hidden and can only be viewed by entering a password.

2. Hide Price on What Position?

Specify where prices will be hidden in your store.

Options (Check Boxes):

  • Product Page: Hide prices on individual product pages.

  • Catalog/Collection Page: Hide prices on collection or catalog pages.

  • All Pages: Hide prices on all pages across the store (Product page, collection page, blog page, search page,...).

3. Hide Price on what products?

Control which products will have their prices hidden.

Options (Radio Buttons):

  1. All Products: Prices are hidden for all products in the store.

  2. Selected Products: Prices are hidden for specific products you select.

  3. Selected Collections: Prices are hidden for products in specific collections.

  4. Custom Condition: Prices are hidden for products meeting defined criteria.

    • Example: If the condition is Product Price greater than 0, prices will be hidden for all products priced above 0.

4. Hide price to what customers? (Customer Condition)

Define the customer groups for whom prices are hidden.

Options (Radio Buttons):

  1. All Customers: Prices are hidden for all customers, including guest and logged-in users.

  2. Guest Customers: Prices are hidden only for guest users. Logged-in users can see prices.

  3. Customers with Tags: Prices are hidden for customers with specific tags you define.

  4. Customers from Specific Countries: Prices are hidden for customers located in specified countries.

By configuring these options, you can effectively manage price visibility based on customer type, location, or product-specific conditions, ensuring your pricing strategy aligns with your store's needs. For additional support, contact our support team.
