Sending a proposal email enables you to communicate quotes to customers efficiently, with options to customize the email content and attachments.

Steps to Send a Proposal Email

  1. Click on "Send Proposal Email"

    • This will open a popup where you can review and edit the email details before sending.

Email Fields and Options

A. Sender Information

  • From:

    • Displays the sender's email address.

    • This field cannot be modified.

B. Recipient Information

  • To:

    • Modify the recipient’s email address as needed.

  • CC/BCC:

    • Add email addresses for additional recipients (CC) or hidden recipients (BCC).

C. Email Content

  • Subject:

    • Edit the email subject to provide a clear and relevant title.

  • Email Language:

    • Choose a language for the email.

    • The system can automatically detect the language based on the customer's country or allow manual selection.

D. Attachments

  • Auto Attach Quotation PDF:

    • Automatically generate and attach the quote as a PDF to the email.

  • Attach Additional Files:

    • Include extra files with the email, such as supporting documents or product information.

By customizing these fields, you can ensure your proposal email is professional, personalized, and aligned with your customer's needs.
