There're 3 email templates with different styles for you to start with. In each template, you can set up these:

  • Preheader Settings: Set up your email sender, recipient (bcc, cc) & subject

  • Style Settings: Design your template

  • Header & Footer: Your email content, contact information, etc.

  • Body: Your product information in request. This information is not available in Default template.

There're some terms in email templates:

  • Sender name: Sender name is the recognizable name associated with the email sender, shown in recipient's inbox.

2. PDF Quote Template

What's the difference between Invoice and Quote/Quotation?

A quotation is issued before the goods or services are delivered and provides an itemized list and expected costs. Quotation is used during sale/negotiation process.

The invoice should outline the goods or services provided and the total price as well as VAT (if applicable), along with any discounts that have been applied.

PDF Quote is all about the request info collected from your customers. You can customize your PDF so that it fit your brand theme.

Translation & Template Stores with fully developed features are coming soon.

3. PDF Invoice Template

For now, you cannot edit template. We'll update this feature soon.

This is also the PDF that you'll send to customer in
