There're 3 types of email template you can set up:
Auto Reply to Buyer: When your customer submit a request successfully, an auto email will be sent to your customer
Admin notification: When your customer submit a request successfully, an auto email will be sent to admin email that you connect here
Quotation Email: This is email that you send your customer custom pricing/quotation/offer.
There're 3 email templates with different styles for you to start with. In each template, you can set up these:
Template Settings: Select template that fit your brand & demand
Preheader Settings: Set up your email sender, recipient (bcc, cc) & subject
Style Settings: Design your template
Header & Footer: Your email content, contact information, etc.
Body: Your product information in request. This information is not available in Default template.
Translation & Template Stores with fully developed features are coming soon.
There're some terms in email templates:
Sender name: Sender name is the recognizable name associated with the email sender, shown in recipient's inbox.
Recipient name: Sender name is the recognizable name associated with the email sender, shown in recipient's inbox.
PDF Quote is all about the request info collected from your customers. You can customize your PDF so that it fit your brand theme.
There are 5 templates with different styles for you to start with.
This is also the PDF that you'll send to customer in Quote lifecycle progress.
Translation & Template Stores with fully developed features are coming soon.
This feature is available for those who already use this in old version of app.
This is the default template that your customer will receive when you send Invoice email after converting quote into draft order.
For now, you cannot edit template. We'll update this feature soon.
