Create salesperson account to handle your quote

This feature allows you to create multiple salesperson accounts to handle your quote request.
With each salesperson, you can set up their basic information (name & email are required) & their permissions to a quote request (at least one permission).
You can give your salesperson permissions so they can handle your requests well.
You can give them all permissions or select specific ones.
Here are the list of permissions & explanation on what salesperson can do with that:
All permissions
View quote list
Create quote manually
Update quote
Connect email account
Send auto/quote email
Export quote PDF
Create draft order
Cancel Quote
Delete Quote
Note: If you are selecting specific permissions (not all permissions), you need to select View quote list to make sure all of other actions can work.
After setting up your salesperson information & permission, click Save. An email will be sent to your salesperson email.
Your salesperson needs to click confirm on the email then they'll be activated & have access to the app with all the permissions they have.
Note: You can still active salesperson account before they accept your invitation. Make sure they're aware of this action.
Then they'll sent to in app where they can handle their requests that they're assigned to. They will handle quote request with the our Quote list interface (all the permissions they don't have access to will be disabled).
You can send your salesperson this guide so they can handle your quote request efficiently.
After creating a salesperson, the default status will be Inactive.
